Other Ways To Help
Each year, The Salvation Army of St. Louis reaches out to hundreds of thousands of men, women and children in need. This could not be done without your help. It is only through the dedicated volunteers and generous donors of food, clothing, toys and money, that the Army is able to reach so many people. The following are ways that you can help:
Donate Food:
Last year, 14,494 individuals and families received food through the Army’s emergency social services program. The following are locations where you can drop off canned goods year-round:

Donate Clothing and Household Items:
The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, 3949 Forest Park Blvd., collects clothing and other items for resale in its thrift store. Items for donation can either be dropped off or donors can call for pick-up service. The ARC’s phone number is (314) 535-0057.
Donate Toys:
The summer and fall are especially important times for toy donations, which are distributed through The Salvation Army Toy Town right before Christmas. To find out how to donate new toys, please call (314) 646-3000 and ask about a location near you.
Donate Money:
The Salvation Army of St. Louis uses your donations wisely, as 90 cents of every donated dollar goes directly into local programs and services.
