De cription: | Hot air balloons will light up the parking lot at Westport Plaza as hundreds of individuals gather to celebrate the beginning of the Tree of Lights campaign. Fun for all ages, the event will feature lots of free treats, such as ice cream and Krispe Kreme donuts, clowns and face painting. The event will conclude with a fireworks display. |
